Ingredients for Dahi Qeema:

  • Mince 700 gram
  • Yogurt 1-1/3 cup
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Cardamom 3
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Clove 5
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Bay leaves 1
  • Nutmeg 1 blade
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed coriander 3 tbsp
  • Green chilli 10

Ingredients for Kofta Biryani:

  • Beef mince 800 gram
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Onion 1
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder
  • Fried onion 1-1/2 cup
  • Ginger Garlic powder 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 5

For Rice:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Whole mix spices as required

For Masala:

  • Tomato 3
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Potato 3
  • Green chilli 4
  • Mint leaves 1/3 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Biryani food color 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Mango Granola Parfait:

  • Mango 3
  • Yogurt 3 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 2 tsp

For Granola:

  • Oats 2 cup
  • Almond, Walnut, Peanut 2/3 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg Mace powder 1/8 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1/3 cup
  • honey 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
