Mango Food Flan, Mango Smoothie And Mango Vermicelli Surprise by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Mango Food Flan:

  • Eggs 3
  • Butter 125 gram
  • Caster sugar 125 gram
  • Flour 150 gram
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence few drops

For Custard Cream:

  • Milk 2 cup
  • Caster sugar 6 tbsp
  • Vanilla custard powder 3 tbsp
  • Mango 1
  • Mango jelly 1 packet
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Icing sugar 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar and add vanilla essence.
  2. Strain flour and baking powder.
  3. Now add flour and eggs in butter mixture. Add all eggs like this.
  4. Lastly, add remaining flour and mix it.
  5. Grease 8 inch flan tin and put mixture.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. For Filling: Add milk, caster sugar, custard powder and vanilla essence and make custard.
  8. Now cool it, spread custard on top of flan and cover with mango pieces.
  9. Dissolve mango jelly in 1/2 cup water and spread on mango pieces and let it set.
  10. Lastly, pipe with beaten cream, cool it and serve it.

Ingredients for Mango Smoothie:

  • Ice 1 cup
  • Mango 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Blend ice, mango, yogurt, lemon juice and honey in blender
  2. Take out in glass and serve cold.

Ingredients for Mango Vermicelli Surprise:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Custard powder 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Colored vermicelli 3 tbsp
  • Mango 1 kg

Method:

  1. Add sugar and colored vermicelli in milk and boil it.
  2. Now add custard mixture and make custard.
  3. Cool it and add cream and mango pieces.
  4. Take out in serving dish. Decorate with mango and cream and serve it.
