Ingredients for Mango Almond Cake:

For Sponge Cake:

  • Eggs 4
  • Caster sugar 4 oz
  • Flour 4 oz
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Cream 2 packet
  • Icing sugar 1/2 cup
  • Mango 1 kg
  • Mango juice 1 cup
  • Almonds 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Stuff beat eggs and sugar.
  2. Strain flour and baking powder.
  3. When eggs and sugar are stuffed, add vanilla essence, strained flour and baking powder.
  4. Now put mixture in 8 inch round tin.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Beat cream with icing sugar.
  7. Soak cake with mango juice. Add cream and mango pieces and cover with second cake.
  8. Put mango juice on top and cover whole cake with cream.
  9. Decorate with mango and almonds, cool it and serve.

Ingredients for Mango Kheer:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
  • Mango 1/2 kg

Method:

  1. Add vermicelli in milk and boil it.
  2. When it boils 1 times, add sugar and cook it.
  3. Now cool it, add cream and rose water.
  4. Add mango pieces and serve cold.

Ingredients for Mango Big Time:

  • Vanilla ice cream 4 scoop
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Mango 1/2 kg
  • Mango jam 2 tbsp
  • Ice 1 cup

Method:

  1. Blend vanilla ice cream, milk, mango, mango jam and ice in blender.
  2. Take out in glass and serve cold.
