Ingredients for Peach Pulpy Pleasure:

  • 4 peaches peeled
  • 5 plums with sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup ice
  • Soft drink required

Ingredients for Beef Noodles Kabab:

  • 1/2 kg beef boti boneless
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 medium sized onions
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp all spice powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 packet egg noodles
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 3 chopped chillies
  • 3 eggs

Ingredients for Dawat-e-Khaas Musallam:

  • Chicken 12 pieces
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 capsicum
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 3 green chillies

Ingredients for Gulab Jamun:

  • 2 cups dry milk powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Clarified butter for frying

For Syrup:

  • 2-1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 7-8 cardamoms
  • A pinch of food color
