  • Coconut milk 1 can
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk powder 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1//8 tsp
  • Coconut 3/4 cup

Ingredients for Mango Coconut Ice Cream:

  • Water 300 ml
  • Caster sugar 100 gram
  • Mango 1
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Cream 150 ml

Ingredients for Fish In Tamarind Sauce:

  • Fish fillet 4
  • Water 1/3 cup
  • Tamarind 1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion 6
  • Fresh red chillies 7
