Chocolate Swiss Roll And Lemon Filled Chocolate by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients for Chocolate Swiss Roll:

• 3 eggs
• 75 gram caster sugar
• 50 gram flour
• 25 gram cocoa powder

For Filling:

• 75 gram butter softened
• 125 gram icing sugar
• Chocolate grated, to decorate
  

Ingredients for Lemon Filled Chocolate:

• 15 petite four cases, filled with chocolate and chilled

For Filling:

• 1 tsp gelatin
• 3 tbsp yogurt
• 1 drop yellow color
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp icing sugar, sifted
• 1 tbsp cream
• Dark chocolate, to drizzle
