Pan fried lemon garlic fish

Ingredients;

  • Fish                        1/2 kg
  • Salt                        1/2tsp
  • Flour                     1/2 cup
  • Oil                          3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice         4 tbsp
  • Garlic                    1 tbsp
  • Parsley                  1 tbsp

Method;

  1.  Coat fish with 1/2 tsp salt and flour.
  2. Fry fish from both sides for 10 mins and dish out.
  3. In the same oil , fry garlic for a minute.
  4. Add lemon juice cook for 30 secs anď pour on the fish.
  5. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve.
