Ingredients for Hyderabadi Matka Gosht:

  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Fresh crushed coconut half
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves as required
  • Garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp

  • Prawn 1 kg
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Garam masala 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Kewra 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Star anise 2
  • Curry leaves few
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Crushed red chilli 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
