Ingredients for Methi Chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry ginger 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Khatti Chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Hari Chutney:

  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Tamarind pulp as required
  • Garlic clove 1
  • White cumin 2 tsp
  • White sesame seeds 1-1/2 tsp
  • Onion 2

Ingredients for Khajoor Ki Lal Chutney:

  • Dates 10-12
  • Brown sugar 4 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Red food color 1 pinch
  • Ginger 1 small
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Water 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Chaat Masala:

  • Coriander seeds 1 cup
  • White cumin 2 tbsp
  • Dry mint 2 tbsp
  • Critic acid 1/2 tsp
  • Whole red chilli 10-12
  • Salt to taste
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Black salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Dahi Bara Masala:

  • Whole red chilli 15-20
  • White cumin 2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
