Sugar 3/4 cup
Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Dry ginger 1 tsp

Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Hari Chutney:
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Green chillies 2-3
Tamarind pulp as required
Garlic clove 1
White cumin 2 tsp
White sesame seeds 1-1/2 tsp

Dates 10-12
Brown sugar 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Red food color 1 pinch
Ginger 1 small

Coriander seeds 1 cup

Dry mint 2 tbsp
Critic acid 1/2 tsp

Carom seeds 1 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
