Ingredients for Imli Qeema:

  • Mutton mice 1/2 kg
  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Onion 3
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli whole 15
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Cumin seed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 8

Ingredients for Chana Papri:

  • Chickpeas boiled 1/2 kg
  • Flour 2 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Tamarind paste 1-1/2 cup
  • Cumin seed 1 tbsp
  • Potato boiled 2
  • Onion 2
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 6
  • Chaat masala 6 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 6
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

For Chaat Masala:

  • Cumin seed 4 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Mango dry powder 4 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Clove 4
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Tatri 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom 1

Ingredients for Savainay Ka Zarda:

  • Vermicelli 1 packet
  • Zarda food color 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Khoya 350 gram
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Silver paper 3
  • Almond 5 tbsp
  • Pistachio 5 tbsp
  • Raisin 5 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/3 tsp
  • Condensed milk as required
