Ingredients for Mexican Chicken Tomato:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Celery stick 1
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Hot Fish Burritos:

  • Puff pastry 1/2 kg
  • Fish fillet 1/2 kg
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Sour cream 100 gram
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Cheese Nachos:

For Nachos:

  • Corn meal 125 gram
  • Salt to taste
  • Warm water as required
  • Oil for fry

For Topping:

  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • Tabasco sauce 2 tbsp
