Ingredients for Pani Puri:
Semolina 1/2 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
For Filling:
Boiled potato 1
Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
For Water:
Peppermint fresh 1/2 bunch
Coriander 2 tbsp
Green chilli 1
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Fennel 1/2 tsp
Water 4 cups chilled
Ginger 1/2 tsp
For Imli ki Meethi Chatni:
Tamarind pulp 2 cup
Jaggery 1 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
For Hari Chatni:
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Peppermint leaves 1/2 bunch
Green chillies 4
Garlic 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Sugar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Aloo Tikki Chaat:
Potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Boiled chana daal 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 2
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
For Serve:
Mint chatni as required
Tamarind chatni as required
Whipped yogurt 1 cup
Papri 1 cup
Sev 1 cup
For Tamarind Chatni:
Tamarind 100 gram
Jaggery 200 gram
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder 1 /2 tsp
