Ingredients for Arabic Paratha:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Fresh milk as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Clarified butter/oil 2 tbsp
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube in flour 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for fry

Ingredients for Butter Paneer Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sat to taste
  • Butter 1/2 packet
  • Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 packet
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Keema Ghotala:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gram
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2
  • Lemons 4
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
