Ingredients for Chinese Somasay:

  • 1/2 kg flour
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tbsp carom seeds
  • Water as required
  • 375 gram oil
  • 250 gram chicken mince
  • 1 cup boiled macaroni
  • 1/4 cup spring onion
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup capsicum
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Chinese salt
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup bean

Ingredients for Aloo Kay Samosay:

  • 1/2 kg flour
  • 1 spring onion
  • 6-7 green chillies
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 375 gram oil
  • 1-1/2 kg boiled potato
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp carom seeds
  • 2 tbsp crushed red chilli
  • 2 tbsp crushed coriander
  • 2 tbsp crushed cumin
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • Water as required
  • Salt as required

Ingredients for Namak Paray:

  • 1/2 kg flour
  • 375 gram oil
  • 1 tbsp carom seeds
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • Water as required
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Papri:

  • 1/2 kg flour
  • 375 gram oil
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Samosa Chaat:

  • 2 samosas
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Sev as required
  • Imli chatni as required
  • Green chatni as required

For Tamarind Chatni:

  • Tamarind 100 gram
  • Jaggery 200 gram
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp

For Mint Chatni:

  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Khatai powder 1/2 tsp
  • Raw mango 1
  • Garlic 1 tsp
