Ingredients for Ragda Patties:

  • Chickpea 2 tin
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Asafetida 1 pinch
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp

For Patties:

  • Boiled potato 2 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger, Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Ghee 3-4 tbsp

For Dry Masala:

  • Crushed red chilli 2 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 3 tbsp
  • Black salt 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

For Serving:

  • Sweet chutney 1 cup
  • Mint chutney 1/3 cup
  • Garlic chutney 4 tbsp
  • Dry spices 1 tsp
  • Onion 4 tbsp
  • Coriander 4 tbsp
  • Pappri for garnish

Ingredients for Sev/Bheel Puri:

  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Murmurey 2 cup
  • Chaat masala for serving
  • Onion 2
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 4
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
