Ingredients for Gol Gappay:

  • Semolina 3/4 cup
  • Flour 1/4 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Oil for fry

For Filling:

  • White chickpeas 1-1/2 cup
  • Onion 3
  • Red chutney to taste
  • Black chickpeas 1-1/2 cup
  • Potato for stuffing
  • Water as required
  • Coriander as required

Ingredients for Papari:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Semolina 1 tbsp
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Chaat Masala:

  • Cumin seed 1 cup
  • Red chilli 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seed 2 tbsp
  • Black salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 10-12
  • Clove 8-10
  • Carom seed 1/4 tsp
  • Asafetida 1 pinch
  • Tartaric acid 1/2 tsp
