Ingredients for Hot Chilli Sauce:

  • Whole red chilli 15
  • Talhar chilli  3
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Water as required

Ingredients for Tomato Ketchup:

  • Tomato 2-1/2 kg
  • Vinegar 3/4 cup
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Onion 1 small
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Red color 1 pinch
  • Black pepper 6-8
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Black cardamom 2-3
  • Clove 3-4

Ingredients for Apple Murabba:

  • Apple 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Water 2 cup
  • Almonds 1/4 cup
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Small cardamom 4-5
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
