Ingredients for Chicken Bhajias:

  • Chicken breast 3
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Semolina 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1 grated
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2 beaten
  • Baking powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Stuffed Mirchi Pakora:

  • Green chillies large 12-15
  • Chaat masala 6 tsp
  • Raw mango powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Bread Pakora:

  • Bread crumbled 2 slices
  • Yogurt whipped 5 tbsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Red Sauce Chutney:

  • Dried plum 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Red color 1 pinch
  • Green chillies 6
  • Button red chillies 10
  • Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Jaggery 2 tbsp
  • Carrot 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Moong Ki Daal Kay Pakoray:

  • Yellow lentil 250 gram
  • Green onion 250 gram
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
