Ingredients for Light Spicy Chicken Gravy:

  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 250 gram yogurt
  • 2 fried onion
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 whole black pepper
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Ingredients for Lal Lobia Chaat:

  • 250 gram boiled kidney beans
  • 6 whole khatai
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 6 red radish
  • 1 cucumber

Ingredients for Hari Chutney:

  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 6 green chillies
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Ingredients for Yogurt Fruit Chaat:

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 mango
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • Chocolate sauce required
