Tikka spring roll

Ingredients;

  • Chicken boneless                    250gm
  • Crushed red chilli                      1 tsp
  • Garlic paste                                 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste                                1 tsp
  • Garam masala                         1/2 tsp
  • Flour                                            2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice                               4 tbsp
  • Shashlick stick                             as req.
  • Oil                                                   as req.
  • Salt                                               to taste
  • Egg                                                     1
  • Onion                                                 1
  • Crushed turmeric                       1 pinch
  • Coal                                                1 piece

Method;

  1. Marinate chicken with salt , red chilli,  ginger, garlic, garam masala, lemon juice , turmeric and cumin for half hour.
  2. Thread the chicken poeces on shashlick sticks. Grill them on a sloghtly oiled grilled pan
  3. When cooked, give it coal steam.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour and egg , knead it with milk to form dough for roll patti.
  5. Place the roll patti on a flat surface ,  spread chicken and chopped onions in it.
  6. Deep fry in oil.
