  • made chutney kabbas. I followed the recipe but added 1 slice of bread myself. I used only 2 TBsp imli paste instead of 4, omitted podina, used only 3 green chillies instead of 6. I processed the mixture in food processor.Took out, made kababs. I then put them in fridge to settle down. Then I freeze kabbas. I made about 14 kababs from 500 gms boneless chicken. I fried few for iftar yesterday. They turned out very soft, juicy, delicious. These are good for both sehri and iftar. Plz do try.
