Fish manchurian 

Ingredients;

  • Fish                        1/2 kg
  • Ketchup                 2 cup
  • Garlic                     3 tbsp
  • Cornflour              4 tbsp
  • Vinegar               1/2 cup
  • Sugar                     2 tbsp     
  • Salt                           2 tsp
  • Chicken stock       5 cup    
  • Crushed red chilli 3 tbsp
  • Eggs                          02
  • Flour                       1/2 cup 
  • Oil                       for frying

Method;

  1. Cut fish in cubes.
  2. Marinate fish with flour, salt , garlic, egg and crushed red chilli for 1/2 hour and then fry.
  3. Heat oil in a pan ,fry garlic in it.
  4. Add ketchup, vinegar , sugar , salt , crushed red chilli, chickne stock bring it to a boil and cook for 5 mins.
  5. Mix cornflour with water , add it in the sauce.
  6. Cook for 5 mins and then mix the fish in it.
  7. Serve with rice .

Vegetable fried rice 

Ingredient;

  • Rice                         3 cup
  • Spring onion            04
  • Green peas             1 cup
  • Carrot                        02
  • Broad bean            1 cup
  • Cabbage                   half
  • Garlic                       2 tbsp
  • Oil                             4 tbsp
  • Salt                            1 tbsp
  • White pepper          1/4 tsp

Method;

  1. Boil rice in water. Drain them and keep aside .
  2. Heat oil in a wok golden fry garlic add peas, carrots and cabbage . Fry for 5 mins.
  3. Add spring onion and broad beans afterwards.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add ricw and mix well .
  6. Take out in a dish.
