Dajaj mashwi

Ingredients;

  • Chicken mince              1/2 cup
  • Olive oil                          3 tbsp
  • Chopped onion                 1
  • Boiled rice                      1 cup
  • Almonds                       3 tbsp
  • Raisins                          3 tbsp
  • Salt pepper               to taste  
  • Black pepper                6
  • Coriander               1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon               2 sticks
  • Clove                         2
  • Cumin                         1 tsp
  • Green cardamom    2
  • Nutmeg                      1 pinch
  • Red chilli pwd             1 tsp
  • Javatri                            1 tsp
  • Whole chicken               1
  • Tomato puree               1 cup
  • Garlic                           3 cloves
  • Boiled chickpeas          1 cup

Method;

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken mince in it.
  2. Add onion,  black pepper, coriander, cinnamon, clove, cumin, cardamom, nutmeg, red chilli and javatri.
  3. Then add almond and raisins and fry .
  4. In the end add boiled rice , salt and mix well. Take off from stove.
  5. Fill the whole chicken with mince . Add tomato puree garlic ginger salt and pepper in the left mince.
  6. Pour it over the chicken.
  7. In a baking dish , put chicken,  boiled chickpeas and one cup water. 
  8. Cover with foil paper. 
  9. Bake for 1 hour.
  10. Take out remove foil paper bake again for 30 mins.
  11. Serve hot
