Chicken kunna

Ingredients;

  • Chicken                     8 pcs
  • Fried onion paste  5 tbsp
  • Garlic                       1 tbsp
  • Ginger                      1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds           3 tbsp
  • Coriander                2 tbsp
  • Red chilli pwd        3 tbsp
  • Turmeric                1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala          1 tsp
  • Oil                           1/3 cup  
  • Salt                             1 tsp
  • Flour                          2 tbsp

Method;

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken in it for 10 mins.
  2. Add onion, ginger , garlic,  red chilli , turmeric and salt and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Then add flour and mix it well, add water , bring it to a boil and cook for 20 mins.
  4. In the end , add cumin and garsm masala cook for 5 more mins.
  5. Serve hot.

Fish khara masala

Ingredients;

  • Paplet fish                       1 kg
  • Curry leaf                       as req
  • Ginger                             2 tbsp
  • Garlic                              2 tbsp
  • Onion                                  1
  • Coriander                      1/2 bunch
  • Cumin seeds                     1 tbsp
  • Turmeric                           1/2 tsp
  • Oil                                      1/3 cup
  • Salt                                      1 tsp
  • White black pepper         1 tsp
  • Ajwain                                 1 tsp

Method;

  1. Heat oil in a pan , fry onion and garlic.
  2. Add chicken stock and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Add turmeric , fish and salt . Cover woth lod and cook for 10 mins.
  4. Add ajwain , curry leaf , green chilli coriander cook for 5 mins on high flame .
  5. Serve hot.
