Chicken milanese

Ingredients;

  • Tomatoes                  6
  • Vinegar                    1/2 cup
  • Oil                              2 tbsp
  • Chicken breasts         4
  • Flour                         1/2 cup
  • Salt and pepper       to taste
  • Eggs                              2
  • Bread crumbs        1 cup
  • Spaghetti                1 packet

Method;

  1. Heat oil in a pan ,  add tomatoes and vinegar and cook it on low flame so that a the sauce becomes thick.
  2. Wrap the chicken breasts in a cling film and roll it using a rolling pin, sonthat the chicken becomes flat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix flour salt and pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl,  beat eggs.
  5. Put bread crumbs in a separate plate.
  6. Coat the chicken breasts with flour, then with egg and then with bread crumbs and keep side.
  7. For spaghetti: boil the spaghettis according to the instructions given on the packet and place them in a separste bowl.
  8. Grill the chicken breast on both sides.
  9. Dish out the spaghettis on a platter and put chicken breast on them
  10. Serve hot.

Coconut moong daal

Ingredients;

  • Moong daal                  1 cup
  • Salt                                 1 tsp
  • Fresh Coconut               1/2
  • Garlic paste                   1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder       1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder    1-1/2 tbsp
  • Oil                                 1/3 cup
  • Red chilli whole          6-8
  • Curry leaf                     6-8
  • Coriander                  for garnish

Method;

  1. In a pan, roast moong daal so that it changes it color to light brown .
  2. Add water and salt and let it simmer for 10 mins.
  3. In a grinder, grind together , coconut , garlic paste , turmeric powder,and red chilli powder.
  4. Now add it in the boiled daal and cook for 5 mins and turn the flame off.
  5. In a pan heat oil ,  add red chilli whole  and curry leaf .
  6. Put the tarka on the daal and mix.
