- Oil 3tbsp
- Red capsicum 2
- Green capsicum 2
- Onion 2
- Green olives 1/2 cup
- Balsamic vinegar 4 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2tsp
- Salt. White pepper to taste
- Chicken breast 4
Method;
1. For balsamic relish: Heat oil in a pan , add capsicum and onion (cut in cubes) and cook for 5 mins.
2. Now add green olives , balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Stir it till the veggies become soft.
3. Season it with salt and pepper.
4. In a separate pan, heat oil and fry chicken. Cook for 5 mins from each side.
5. Season with salt and pepper and dish out.
6. In a platter , set relish and set chicken on top and serve.
