Grilled beef pasanday

Ingredient:

  • Beef pasanday                 1/2 kg
  • Garlic                              8 cloves
  • Lemon                                   1
  • Potato                                    3
  • Onion                                    1
  • Cauliflower                       250 gm
  • Carrot                                    1
  • Green chilli                          5
  • Curry leaf                            15
  • Ajwaiin                             1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds                    2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli          2tbsp
  • Tomato paste                  4tbsp
  • Yoghurt                            4tbsp
  • Salt                                 to taste

Method:

  1. Cut beef in steaks.
  2. In a heated pan roast ajwain and cumin and crush them
  3. In a bowl , mix garlic ginger crushed red chilli, garam masala,chopped onion, lemon juice, tomato paste, oil and crushed red chilli and mix.
  4. Marinate beef steaks in it for 1 hour.
  5. Cut potato, carrot and cauliflower.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion in it.
  7. Add cumin tomato paste crushed red chilli  and water .
  8. Add vegetables and salt and cook for 3 mins.
  9. Heat a grilled pan and grill beef steaks.
  10. In the vegetables add green chillies yoghurt curry leaf ginger and mix.
  11. Take the the beef steaks in plattwr and serve with vegetables.

Machhli ka saalan

Ingredient:

  • Fish boneless               1/2 kg
  • Onion                              2
  • Green chilli                    10
  • Coriander                  1/2 bunch
  • Garlic                            2tbsp
  • Ajwain                            1tsp
  • Oil                                    1/2 cup 
  • Curry leaf                   1/2 bunch
  • Cumin                          1tbsp
  • Coriander                    1tbsp
  • Crushed rd chilli       2tbsp
  • Ginger                         2tbsp
  • Salt                                1tsp
  • Turmeric                     1tsp
  • Lemon juice               3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate the fish with 1tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp salt and1 tbsp garlic for 1/2 hour.
  2. Fry in oil for 5 minutes and take out.
  3. Fry onion and garlic in the same oil.
  4. Add red chilli pwd cumin coriander and ajwaiin. 
  5. Add 2 cups water and cook for 5 mins.
  6. In the end add fish green chilli curry leaf and ginger .
  7. Cook for 5 mins with lid and then serve.
