Stuffed chicken breast with vegetable

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts      2
  • Lemon                      1
  • Egg                            1
  • Carrot                       1
  • Capsicum                1
  • Potato                      1
  • Onion                       1
  • Garlic                   1 clove 
  • Cabbage                    half
  • Cauliflower              half
  • Cumin seeds       1 pinch
  • Flour                        1 cup
  • Oil                         1-2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese    20gm
  • Green chilli             2-3
  • Curry leaf                2-4
  • Ginger                    2tbsp
  • Black pepper      1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli pwd    1/2 tsp
  • Cornflour          3-4 tbsp
  • Salt                      to taste 

Method:

  1. Cut chicken breasts in pocket shape.
  2. Marinate it with salt, pepper , garlic and lemon juice.
  3. Fill the pocket with cheddar cheese and grren chillies.
  4. Beat egg in a bowl.
  5. Roll the chicken in flour then dip in egg and then again roll in flour .
  6. Cut hlthe veggies in cubes.
  7. Heat oil in a pan , stir fry garlic and onion int it.
  8. Now add the veggies and salt .
  9. Cook for 5 mins then take off from heat.
  10. For sauce:  heat oil in a pan , fry onion and garlic and cumin seeds.
  11. Add water ,  lemon juice, salt , green chillies , red chilkies, curry leaf and ginger .
  12. Cook for a while then add cornflour whilst stirring.
  13. Take out the veggies in a platter .
  14. Heat oil in a pan fry the chicken in it.
  15. Put the chicken over the veggies.
  16. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.

Mix sabzi ka shorba

Ingredients:

  • Onion                             1
  • Garlic                      3 cloves 
  • Tomato                           2
  • Potatao                            1
  • Green peas                  1 cup
  • Cabbage                       1 cup
  • Carrot                               2
  • Cauliflower                    1 cup
  • Chickwn bones            250 gm
  • Salt                                   1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice                   4 tbsp
  • Coriander powder         4 tbsp
  • Bay leaf                                  1
  • Clove                                       1
  • Black pepper whle               5
  • Water                                   3 ltr

Method:

  1. In a pot boil water with chicken bones , clove and black pepper.
  2. Cover it and cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Now strain it.
  4. Add peas and potatoes and cook for 5 mins.
  5. Add in galric and cauliflower and cook for 5 more mins.
  6. In the end add salt , lemon juice ,black pepper , onion , tomato and cabbage  and cook for 1 minute.
