Ingredients for Handi Fish Korma:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Onion brown 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Black cumin 1/2 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2

Ingredients for Mughlai Chicken Roast:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies whole 4
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Handi Gola:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Kabab chine grinded 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram grinded 2 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Black cumin 1/2 tsp
