Ingredients for Gobi Drumsticks:
Cauliflower 1 kg
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Corn flour 250 gram
Eggs 6
Food color (red) 1 pinch
Method:
Separate flower of cauliflower.
Now make marination of ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, crushed red chilli, vinegar, chilli sauce, soya sauce, crushed black pepper and salt and add cauliflower.
Make batter of eggs, corn flour and food color.
Lastly, dip marinated cauliflower in batter and fry it in hot oil.
Gobi drumsticks is ready.
Ingredients for Tarka Daal:
Chana ki daal 500 gram
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 bowl
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Turmeric 1 pinch
Green chilli to taste
Tomato 2
Method:
Soak chana ki daal for 5-6 hours.
Now in one pan, put daal, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, finely chopped tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt and boil it until daal is tendered.
Now in separate pan, heat oil, put cumin, chopped tomato and chopped green chillies and put tarka on daal.
Lastly, garnish with all spice powder.
Tarka daal is ready, serve with naan.
