Ingredients:

• Fish Fillet 2
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste
• White pepper powder to taste
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Garlic water 2 tbsp
• Crushed red chilli 2 tsp

For Sauce:

• Apple sidra 1 glass
• Cream 1/2 cup
• Milk 1/2 cup
• Soy 1/2 bunch
• Salt to taste
• Butter 1 tbsp
• French mustard 2 tsp
• Garlic (chopped) 1-1/2 tsp
