Ingredients for Korma Biryani:

  • Chicken 12 pieces
  • Rice 750 gm
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole mic spice 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 2  
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom 1/2 tbsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1/4 tsp
  • Tomato slice 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Plum 1/2 cup
  • Green coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 12-15
  • Kewra water 2 tbsp
  • Salad for serving
  • Raita for serving

Method:

  1. Boil rice with cumin seeds, whole mix spice, cardamom green, bay leaves, salt until it remains 1/4.
  2. Heat a oil in a pan, fry chopped onions until brown. Then take out half onions.
  3. Now put ginger garlic paste. Together add cumin seeds, whole mix, cardamom green, bay leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped green coriander leaves, all spice powder, yogurt and cook it till the oil separate itself.
  4. Then add chicken, and fry more.
  5. Then add chopped fried onion and some water until the meat is tendered.
  6. Lastly add mix kewra water, plum, green coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves and green chillies and mix it.
  7. Make layer of rice on top. Put slices of tomato and lemon .
  8. Put 1/4 cup oil and leave for 8 to 10 minutes for simmer.
  9. Korma biryani is ready.

Ingredients for Pineapple Crush:

  • Pineapple chunks 1 cup
  • Pineapple juice 2 cup
  • Sugar syrup 1 cup
  • Mint few leaves
  • Ice as required

Method:

  1. Put pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, sugar syrup, mint leaves and ice in a blender and blend well.
  2. Take out in glass and serve chill.
