Ingredients:

  • Sugar 1 kg
  • Eggs 2
  • Cottage cheese 500 gm
  • Flour 100 gm
  • Ammonium Bicarbonate 1/2 tsp
  • Soda 1/2 tsp
  • Red food color as required
  • Ghee for fry

Method:

  1. In one bowl, put sugar and water and make syrup.
  2. Grind cottage cheese in chopper and take out in dish.
  3. Add eggs, soda, ammonium bicarbonate and cardamom powder and make dough.
  4. Heat ghee in one karahi pan.
  5. Roll the dough, cut into small small square pieces and fry in hot ghee.
  6. When golden brown, dip in syrup for 5 minutes.
  7. Take out in serving plate. Garnish with pistachio and serve.
