Ingredients for Lemon Syrup Loaf Cake:

  • Unsalted butter 125 gm
  • Caster sugar 175 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp
  • Self raising flour 1 tsp
  • Milk 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch

For Syrup:

  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 100 gm

For Glaze:

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 150 gm

Method:

  1. Beat butter, caster sugar, lemon zest and salt.
  2. Now add eggs and flour. Then add second egg and flour, beat it nicely and add milk.
  3. Grease 13x7 inch loaf tin and put mixture.
  4. Bake on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
  5. For Syrup: In one bowl put lemon juice and icing sugar and cook it.
  6. Take out cake from oven, pinch with saute sticks and nam with hot syrup.
  7. For Glaze: Beat lemon juice and icing sugar, spread on top of cake and serve.

Ingredients for Namak Mandi Ki Karahi Gosht:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilli 3
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Tomato 2-3
  • Naan 4

Method:

  1. Put meat in karahi pan and fry it. Then sprinkle salt, roast it, cover it and cook it.
  2. When meat is tendered, put finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped ginger and roast it.
  3. In end, add whole tomato and cover it.
  4. In end, peel tomato.
  5. Serve with hot hot naan.
