Ingredients for Egg In Tamarind Sauce:

  • Boiled eggs                     5
  • Ginger garlic paste           1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds                   1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds                    1 tsp
  • coriander seeds              1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds                  1 tbsp
  • Coconut                         1 piece
  • Red chilli powder             1 tbsp
  • Turmeric                         1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp                  1/2 cup
  • Salt                                 to taste
  • Raw onion paste                2
  • Curry leaves                     few
  • Green chilies                    4
  • Oil                                   1 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds                1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First take poppy seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, coconut, coriander seeds on non stick tawa, roast it lightly and grind it.
  2. Now add eggs in boiling water and put salt in it.
  3. Now heat the oil in pot, add fenugreek seeds and give bhagaar.
  4. Now add raw onion and fry until light reddish.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, all spice powder and salt.
  6. After 5 minutes, shallow fry boiled eggs in separate pan until golden brown and put them in masala.
  7. Then add green chilies, curry leaves,  tamarind paste and keep for simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Delicious egg in tamarind sauce is ready.

Ingredients for Lal Shimla Mirch Dahi Chicken:

  • Chicken                       1
  • Yogurt                         1/2 cup
  • Black pepper                1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds                 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste        1 tbsp
  • Lemons                        2
  • Raw onion paste           1
  • Green chilies                8
  • Green coriander           1 bunch
  • Red capsicum               1
  • Clarified butter             1 tbsp
  • Salt                             to taste

Method:

  1. In one karahi pan, heat ghee and fry chopped onion until light reddish.
  2. Now add pieces of chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt and cook until water dries.
  3. Now roast it lightly and add green coriander, green chilies, chopped black pepper and ghee .
  4. When roasted with ghee, add red capsicum cubes and lemon juice and leave for simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Delicious Lal Mirch Dahi Chicken is ready.

Ingredients for Mini Mint Kebab:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Bread slices 2
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Green chillies 4
  • Whole red chillies 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Cut edges of bread slices, mix in chicken mince and grind in chopper.
  2. Now grind green chillies, whole red chillies, mint leaves and ginger and add in mince.
  3. Then add salt, crushed black pepper, corn flour, egg white, soya sauce and white vinegar and mix well.
  4. Then spread some oil on hands, make kabab like shami kabab and shallow fry it.
  5. When golden brown, take out.
  6. Delicious minty mint kabab is ready.
