Ingredients for BBQ Meat Balls:
1/2 kg minced meat
1 onion
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
For Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red chilli
1 tbsp oil
Method:
In chopper, mix mince, bread crumbs, onion, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves and egg and grind it.
Now make balls of it, and bake on oven tray on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
In frying pan, put ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, soya sauce, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilli and oil and cook it. When it boils, close the stove.
In end, take out balls in one big plate, put sauce and serve.
Ingredients for Everyday Yogurt Cake:
125 grams flour
80 grams caster sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
2 eggs
30 ml oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
In one pot, put milk, yogurt, eggs, vanilla essence and sugar and beat nicely.
Now mix baking powder, flour, salt and baking soda, strain twice, put in pot and fold with hands.
Then put all mixture in 6 inch round mold and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Everyday yogurt cake is ready.
Ingredients for Fish Sambhal:
1 kg fish boneless
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup tamarind juice
1 piece of ginger
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
8 whole red chillies
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 bunch of coriander
Method:
Marinate fish with some salt, turmeric and tamarind juice and leave it.
Now heat oil and fry chopped onion. When fragrance comes, add tomato, ginger garlic paste, whole red chillies and salt and roast masala well.
Then add 2 cups water. When boils comes 1 to 2 times, add fish and cook for 10 minutes.
In end, sprinkle, chopped green chillies and coriander and serve it.
