Ingredients for Almond Biscuits:

  • Flour 4 ounces
  • Corn flour 2 ounces
  • Butter 2-1/2 ounces
  • Almonds blanched 1/2 cup
  • Almond essence 1/4 tsp
  • Caster sugar 3 ounce
  • Beaten egg

Method:

  1. Strain flour and corn flour and mix with blanched almonds.
  2. Now beat butter and caster sugar well.
  3. Then add beaten egg and almond essence.
  4. Now fold in flour and almond mixture.
  5. Grease one loft tin, put mixture int it, set well and cool for 20 minutes.
  6. Now turn it, cut into slices, keep on grease tray and bake on 150 degrees C until light brown.

Ingredients for Murgh Kesery Tikka:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 8 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt whipped 1 cup
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Brown onion grinded
  • Orange color 1 pinch
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp crushed
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, whipped yogurt, salt, crushed cumin roasted, brown onion grinded, orange color, saffron crushed and all spice and leave for 2 hours.
  2. In one pan, heat oil, spread chicken, cover it and keep for simmer until oil comes on top.
  3. Then give smoke of coal, garish with onion rings and mint leaves and serve.

Ingredients for Queen Of Club Sandwich:

  • Chicken breast 2 boiled
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Bread slices 6
  • Omelet made of 1 egg
  • Cheese slice 2
  • Cucumber as required
  • Tomato slice as required
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Coleslaw to serve
  • French fries to serve

Method:

  1. Firstly, toast bread slices on grill. Now spread mayonnaise.
  2. Then put boiled chicken breast and keep second slice of bread.
  3. Now spread mayonnaise and pit 1 cheese slice. Then put omelet.
  4. Now keep tomato slice and cucumber slice. then spread salad leaves. Now keep third slice and cut from center.
  5. After it, cut more slice from center of sandwich and serve with coleslaw and french fries.
