• Fresh mushroom 2-1/2 cup
• Ginger 1-1/2 tbsp
• Garlic 1 tbsp
• Oil 1-1/2 tbsp
• Cumin seed 1 tsp
• Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
