Ingredients for Banana Raisin Bread:
Eggs 2
Sugar 1-1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Fresh milk 2-1/2 cup
Sandwich bread 1
Bananas 5
Salt to taste
Raisins 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
In one big bowl, mix eggs, vanilla essence and salt and beat them well.
Now add sugar and beat again nicely.
Now cut the sides of sandwich and make small small pieces.
Now mix milk in it.
Mix it slowly with bread pieces, till the bread absorbs milk.
Then heat the oven to 350 degrees C temperature.
After it, do ready baking dish and spread butter nicely.
Peel banana and cut into slices.
Now mix the banana and raisins nicely into mixture and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
When golden in color, then Banana Raisin Bread Pudding is ready.
Ingredients for Plum Chicken Stir Fry:
Chicken 1
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Boiled almonds 8 to 10
Whole red chilies 8
Onion paste 1
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Capsicum cubes 2
Black pepper 1 tsp
Plum chutney 1 bottles
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Method:
Heat the oil 2 tbsp in karahi pan, add chopped onion and garlic paste and roast it.
Now add chicken pieces and salt.
When water of chicken dries,then add remaining oil slowly.
After it, add white vinegar, slices of red chili, black chili, capsicum and boiled almonds and roast it.
In end, add plum chutney and chopped ginger and simmer it for 5 minutes and serve hot.
Ingredients for Tandoori Mushroom Karahi:
Mushrooms 1 tin
Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
Capsicum cubes 4
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Lemons 2
Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Red chili Flakes 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in karahi pan, add mushrooms, capsicum, soya sauce,
tandoori masala, crushed cumin, red chili and salt as per taste and
roast it for 5 minutes
In end, add lemon juice and chopped ginger and serve hot.
