Ingredients for Fish & Shredded Soup:

  • Fish 300 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken stock 2-1/2 liter
  • Lemon juice/Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour as required
  • Egg white 1
  • Mushrooms 6
  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Green onion 2
  • Chilli sauce for serving
  • Prawn cracker 1 packet

Ingredients for Deep Fried Fish With Vegetable Stir Fry:

  • Fish 300 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Flour for coat
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying

For Vegetable:

  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Mushroom 4
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Chilli Chicken:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup
  • Corn flour as required
  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Green onion 2
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Fresh red chilli 3
