Ingredients for Chocolate Velvet Pudding:

  • Sponge cake 2
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 8 ounces
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Any fruit syrup 1/2 cup
  • Walnuts chopped 1/2 cup
  • Grated chocolate 1/2 cup
  • Whipped cream for decoration

Ingredients for Fried Chilli Chicken:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces

For Batter:

  • Eggs 2
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 6
  • Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Double Roti Ka Patties:

  • Boiled chicken 2 cups
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mushrooms 4-6
  • Egg beaten 2-3
  • Bread slices 8-10
  • Oil for frying
  • Bread crumbs as required

For White Sauce:

  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
