Ingredients for Beef With Garlic Sauce:
Beef undercut 1kg
Salt to taste
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
White vinegar 3 tbsp
Garlic 12 cloves
Black pepper 1 tsp
Lemons 4
Green chilies 6
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Heat oil in karahi pan and add beef undercut pieces.
Together add salt and dry water.
In another pot, put white vinegar, soya sauce, garlic, brown sugar, lemon juice and hot sauce, cook it and put in karahi pan.
Then fry green chili slightly.
Delicious Beef with Garlic Bread is ready.
Ingredients for Desi Style Chicken Pasta:
Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg
Macaroni 1 packet
Grated carrot 2
Onion 2
Capsicum 3
Green chilies 8
Green onion 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
In one big pot, heat water, put macaroni and oil and boil it.
When tender, strain it, wash with cold water and put oil.
Then in one karahi pan, heat oil and fry onion until light reddish.
Now add ginger garlic paste and red chili, roast it and put chicken.
After it add salt, dry water and roast it.
now put green chilies, black pepper, capsicum, white vinegar and grated carrot and roast it and put macaroni.
Then mix it nicely, put leaves of spring onion and serve hot.
Ingredients for Dry Chilli Chicken With Honey:
Chicken legs 6
Lemon 4
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Honey 4 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Green Chilies 4
Red chilies 6
Salt to taste
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Firstly, put white vinegar and salt on chicken legs, dry water of chicken.
Now add lemon juice, honey, green chilies, red chilies, black pepper and butter, mix them nicely and leave it for few minutes.
Keep the temperature of oven to 250 degrees C.
Now brush baking tray with oil, put chicken legs, brush again with oil and bake for 10 minutes.
When it becomes golden brown, take it out.
Dry Chili Chicken is ready.
