Ingredients for Charga BBQ:

• Whole chicken 1
• Yogurt 1/4 cup
• Salt to taste
• Ginger 1 tsp

• Zarda color 1 pinch
• Red chilli 1 tsp
• Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
• Roasted coriander 1 tsp
• Roasted cumin 1 tsp
• Garam masala 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  

Ingredients for Kofta Makhani:

• Mince 1/2 kg
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Garam masala 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Coriander 2 tbsp
• Cream 1 tbsp

For Gravy:

• Onion 1
• Cashew nut 15
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Oil 1/4 cup
• Tomato paste 1/2 cup
• Tomato ketchup 1/4 cup
• Red chilli 1 tsp
• Coriander 2 tbsp
