Ingredients for Kesari Soya Paneer Curry:
Soya bean 300 gm
Garlic 6-8 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Onion 1
Tomatoes 2
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Green chilies 6-8
Black pepper 1 tsp
Clove 3-4
Small cardamom 3-4
Curry leaves 6-8
Saffron a pinch
Cottage cheese 1/2 cup
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Put onion, tomato, green chili, garlic and ginger with water in blender and grind it all nicely.
Heat oil in pan, ads whole spice powder, onion paste, coconut, turmeric, salt, white pepper, black pepper and water, mix it and cook on low flame.
Now add soya bean and mix it.
Then put coconut milk and mix it.
Fry cottage cheese and add it.
Make baghaar of curry leaves, put it, dish out it and serve
Kesari Soya Paneer Curry is ready.
Ingredients for Soya Rice:
Boiled rice 250gm
Garlic 1 tsp
Boiled white beans 200 gm
Green beans 1/2 cup
Green Onion 2-3
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients for Soya and Sprout Mingle:
Boiled lentils 1/2 cup
Boiled gram lentils 1 cup
Boiled yellow lentils 1 cup
Boiled white beans 1 cup
Green chilies 4-5
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Tomatoes 2
Onion 1
Cucumber 1
For Dressing:
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala as required
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil lentils, gram lentils, yellow lentils and white beans.
Chopped green chilies, green coriander, tomato, onion and cucumber and mix them.
For Dressing: Mix lemon juice, chopped black pepper, dry mango powder, chaat masala and salt, add in salad, mix it and serve.
