Ingredients for Prawns 66:

  • Prawns 1/2 kg with tail

For Batter:

  • Egg white 1
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Water to make batter

For Masala:

  • Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies chopped 3
  • Kashmiri red chilli 1
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Ketchup 1/4 cups
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger Julian 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Sutrian:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1/4 cup
  • Chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Green chillies chopped 3
  • Onion brown 1/2 cup
  • Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori naan 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup

For Baghaar:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fenugreek leaves 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Button red chillies 6

Ingredients for White Chocolate Trifle:

  • Milk 4 cups
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • White chocolate grated 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Butter cake 1 pounds
  • Cherries 1 can
  • Fresh cream whipped 1 packet
