Ingredients for Mutton Sajji:

  • Whole mutton leg 1-1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar 3/4 cup
  • Salt 4 tbsp
  • Meat tenderizer 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala to taste

Ingredients for Tandoori Kulcha:

  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Powder milk 3 tbsp
  • Caster sugar 1/4 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Lahore Pomfret:

  • Whole pomfret fish 4 pieces
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Roasted crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Roasted crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Zarda color 1 pinch
