Ingredients for Chocolate Muffins:
Oil 125 gm
Sugar 125 gm
Eggs 2
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Chocolate 2 tbsp
Flour 125 gm
Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Method:
Heat oven on 180 degrees c for 15 minutes.
Grease muffin tray with oil or ghee, sprinkle flour and keep muffin cases.
In one bowl, mix eggs with cocoa powder, vinegar, vanilla essence and chocolate well.
Now add baking powder and salt and mix well.
Put mixture in muffin tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Take out from over, keep on rake and serve.
Ingredients for Aloo Ke Nargisi Kofta:
For Koftay:
Boiled eggs 4-5
Potato 500 gm
Salt to taste
Chaat masala 2 tsp
Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
Eggs 1
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Oil for frying
For Gravy:
Oil 4 tbsp
Onion paste 1/2 cup
Whole red chilli 4
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Dry fenugreek 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 6-7
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
Method:
For Koftay: Boil eggs.
In one bowl, put mashed potato, salt and coriander and mix it nicely.
Now coat boiled eggs with mixture and dip in beaten eggs.
In end, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
For Gravy: Heat oil and fry onion paste until golden.
Now add whole red chilli, cumin seeds, dry fenugreek, mustard seeds, curry leaves and desiccated coconut and cook it.
together put salt, tomato paste and tamarind pulp and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
Cut aloo nargisi koftay, add in gravy and serve.
