Ingredients for Shredded Omelette With Tomato & Herb Sauce:

  • Eggs 8
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste

For Sauce:

  • Onion 1
  • Tomato puree 3/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Red tomato 4-5
  • Black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Parsley 1/2 bunch
  • Basil 1/4 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Beat eggs. Then add salt, soya sauce and white pepper.
  • Now heat olive oil and make 2 to 3 omelette.
  • Cool it, cut into thin pieces and take out in serving dish.
  • For Sauce: Heat oil and fry onion and garlic.
  • Now put chopped tomato, tomato puree, salt and black pepper and cook it.
  • When thick, add basil and parsley.
  • Put hot on omelette. Together add cheddar cheese and parsley.
  • Serve hot with french bread.

Ingredients for Hummus:

  • White chickpeas 3 cup
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Tahini paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Reddish for garnish
  • Green, Black olives as required
  • Parsley as required
  • Pita bread as required

Method:

  1. Blend white chickpeas, garlic, yogurt, salt, tahini paste and olive oil in blender.
  2. Now put in bowl. Put olive oil on top.
  3. In end, garnish with paprika powder, reddish, parsley, green & black olives and serve.
