Ingredients for Wok Fried Teriyaki Fish:

For Teriyaki Sauce:

  • Soya sauce 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Orange juice 1 cup
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seed 2 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp

For Teriyaki Fish:

  • Fish 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 clove
  • Fresh red chilli 3-4
  • Plain flour 1/2 cup
  • Fresh coriander as required
  • Corn flour for thickening
  • Fresh ginger 1/2 inch
  • Green onion 2
  • Teriyaki sauce as required
  • Lemon 1
  • Noodles for serving

Method:

  1. For Teriyaki Sauce: Add all ingredients in one sauce pan and cook it.
  2. When sugar melts, strain it.
  3. For Teriyaki Fish: Put salt and flour on fish. Heat oil, fry fish until golden and crispy and take out.
  4. Heat oil in karahi pan and fry ginger and garlic.
  5. Now add red chilli, green onion and corn flour and make thick.
  6. Add fry fish and finely chopped coriander and serve with noodles.

Ingredients for Fish & Veg Wraps:

  • Rice paper wraps 1 packet
  • Noodles 1/2 packet
  • Fish as required
  • Green onion 6
  • Honey 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaf 8-10
  • Carrot 1
  • Shiitake Mushroom 5-6
  • Soy sauce 5-6 tbsp
  • Red chilli paste 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Cut all vegetables.
  • Soak rice paper wraps in water, take out and spread on cloth.
  • Boil chicken in salt water, take out and keep on wet cloth.
  • Boil noodles and chill it.
  • Mix soya sauce, red chilli paste, salt and honey, dip noodles and leave it.
  • Now keep vegetables, fish, noodles, coriander leaves and mushroom on rice paper wraps.
  • In end, make roll and serve cold.

Ingredients for Stir Fry Vegetable With Soy Egg:

  • Green onion 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Egg 3
  • Red chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Oil for cooking
  • Garlic 2 clove
  • Soya sauce 1 cup
  • Corn flour as required
  • Chicken stock 1/3 cup

Method:

  • Put boiled eggs in soya sauce and leave it.
  • Heat oil in one pot and saute garlic.
  • Now add vegetables, chicken stock and corn flour.
  • Together put eggs and serve with rice.
