Ingredients for Ginger Beef With Chilies:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Spring Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcester Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  • Capsicum 1

Method:

  1. Firstly, make slices of beef undercut, add salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, vinegar, green chili sauce and cornflour, marinate it and fry it in oil. When golden in color, take out and keep aside.
  2. In separate karahi pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chilies, chopped green onion, chopped tomato and capsicum and fry it nicely.
  3. When vegetables becomes soft, then add fry beef.
  4. Then add worcester sauce, salt, black pepper powder and nutmeg powder, mix it nicely and serve with boiled rice or fried rice.

Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Melba:

  • Chicken breast boiled 2
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves
  • Spring onion chopped 1
  • Cream cheese 4 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese 25 gm
  • Bread slices 3-4
  • Ice berg  half
  • Lettuce 1 bunch
  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Firstly, cut the bread slices into triangular shape and make 2 layers of each and spread it in oven tray and toast for 5 to 6 minutes on 200 degrees C. When golden in color, take out from oven.
  2. Now add boiled chicken breast, butter and ginger and grind in chopper nicely.
  3. When grinded, add chopped green onion, cream cheese, parsley, oregano and cheddar cheese and grind it well again.
  4. When all ingredients are mixed well, then add salt and black pepper.
  5. Now take out its paste, fill it into the pipping bag and keep it aside.
  6. Take ice berg, lettuce, cucumber, tomato into a bowl, make their slice and mix it.
  7. Place salad on 1 side of platter, put mixture on bread slice with the help of pipping bag. Serve it in platter.
